It's that time again and we can't wait to see you.
We have done a lot of evolving over the summer....trying new things, creating new art, welcoming summer guests.
When you get here, definitely ask us what's new. Weddings on the way, kids off to college (bittersweet), sharing space with new friends for the summer. A few construction things are going on in the neighborhood (...👀 ). New yellow on our studios? Tell us what you think. We think we probably have some of these life events in common with you.
The biggest thing is, though, we hope you enjoy our art and our creative energy: soothing color, intriguing handmade creativity and visual excitement that speaks to your heart.
Some of what you will find:
Charming illustrations and collage by Shannon Hays (an exciting side note: she is creating art for a few book publishers - adorable!).

Paintings, digital art, cards, prints and bright neon colors from Laura Harper Lake.

Industrial Quilts, smoke vases (which are wispy, floaty, mysterious sculptures), Industrial vases, metal & mesh, salvaged circuitry, beautiful blue copper patinas, wire, & found objects, all hand-stitched into quilt squares and creative assemblages by Anne Marie Kenny.

Bold colorful paintings of spirit animals, plus cards, journals, and prints of these wonderful creatures honoring their energy and magic by Natalie Eve Marquis.

Large abstracts, landscapes, and flower paintings in saturated colors by Rose Bryant.

So much to see...plus we have a fun DIY process planned that you can participate in while you are here ...and there will be light bites and beverages.
This year again, we are stop #11 in the town-wide, two-day Exeter Fall Art Tour with 15 locations November 1+2! We will have maps here that you can take with you. Grab a friend and plan your day. All good stuff.
Thank you to all of you, as always, for being in our art world. You make our hearts full with your support and presence. See you soon.
Fondly,
from all of us at Art Up Front Street.
